This includes the Later Life Dream Business Validator, any free resources, and any other products or services we offer. By using our website or purchasing any product you agree to these terms. 2. What You Are Purchasing or Accessing

We offer a range of products and resources, which may include free downloadable resources, paid digital assessment products, and paid advisory or coaching services. The specific terms of each product or service are as described on the relevant page at the time of purchase or sign-up.

The Later Life Dream Business Validator is a paid digital assessment product. On purchase you will be asked to complete an online questionnaire. On completion you will receive a personalised report delivered immediately on screen and by email, along with a downloadable quote card. The report is generated using artificial intelligence based on your answers.

Free resources, including the checklist, are provided as downloadable digital files delivered by email on sign-up.

3. Delivery and Access

Paid digital products: Your report is delivered immediately on screen on completion of the assessment and sent to the email address you provide at checkout. It is also available to download as a PDF from the results screen. If you do not receive your report by email within one hour of completion, please visit theafterfiveshift.com/resend or contact us at carla@theafterfiveshift.com and we will resend it.

Free resources: Your download will be sent to the email address you provide on sign-up. If you do not receive it within one hour, please contact us at carla@theafterfiveshift.com.

4. No Refund Policy

Because our paid products are instantly delivered personalised digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once the assessment has been completed and the report generated. This is consistent with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content that has been supplied and to which you have given prior consent.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from receiving your product, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
